Fließende Rückenlinie mit gut geformter Kruppe und richtig angesetzter Rute, die gut getragen wird. Volle, breite und tiefe Brust. Vor- und Nachhand sind richtig gewinkelt. In der Bewegung im Vortritt gut ausgreifend; Nachschub mit geringer Neigung zur Hackenenge. Maskulin geprägte Kopfform, Ohren richtig angesetzt und von normaler Länge. Braune Augen, einwandfreies Scherengebiss, Lefzen etwas offen. Üppiges, teilweise gewelltes Harkleid mit braunem Unterton.

Written critics: Der einjährige Rüde von gedrungenem Bau mit sehr kräftig entwickeltem Skelett zeigt eine äußerst breite Brust, die tief genug reicht. Die Bänder sind fest, die Pfoten geschlossen. Die Bemuskelung sollte trockener sein. Die Winkelung der Vorhand genügt, in der Hinterhand steht das Tier im Moment steil, doch fördert sie die Aktionen ausreichend. Im Ablauf zeigen sich keine Mängel. Der Kopf, schon rassetypisch, wird noch breiter werden. die Augen von hellem Braun, sind gut geschnitten. Das Gebiss schließt zur Schere. Die Behänge sind richtig angesetzt, die Lefzen schon nicht mehr ganz straff. Die Fellqualität ist derb genug mit Unterwolle.
